Dear All,
 
Salam and good morning. Kindly please be informed that due to a very large number of requests for services at theCentralized Analytical Services (CAL), we will be making the following changes.
 
(i)                  CAL will allocate two equipment booking slots for each month as follows:
a.       Slot 1: The last working day of each month (i.e. the upcoming slot 1 is on 28th June 2013)
b.      Slot 2: The last working day of the second week of each month (i.e the upcoming slot 2 is 12th July 2013)
(ii)                Students are allowed to queue up for either slot 1 or slot 2 only for each month.
(iii)               Equipment booking will start at 8 am for slot 1 and slot 2. Students may queue up outside of CAL office around 7.30 am on the day of equipment booking.
(iv)              FYP students are allowed to submit only 2 samples per each service requisition form.
 
I would appreciate if you could disseminate this message to the FYP and PG students in your departments.
