-Really near Tawau Central Market (shopping for souvenir,pearl)
-By walking can reach Pasar Tanjung Tawau ( to buy dried fish, traditional food,having breakfast), Pasar Ikan Tawau (fresh fish).
-By walking can access to Tawau Bus station.

-It is in 2nd floor, you have to use stairs to go to receptionist counter and rooms.

- Can ask receptionist to book a taxi to airport. RM 45/taxi
